OVERVIEW
The RCJ280D drilling rig is mechanical top-drive drilling equipment that integrates water drilling and gas drilling, which solves the difficulty of drilling air-drilling hammers in soil layers. The problem of low mud drilling construction efficiency, the dual-purpose water and gas drilling rig is suitable for various formations, and the core drilling efficiency and geological
exploration is efficient and energy-saving.
It can be water drilling ,air drilling ,wireline core drilling ,soil sampling ,SPT ETC.
It is rubber crawler mounted type ,easy to move ,use 42KW YN diesel engine.
Application
it can be used in different projects ,such as water well drilling ,core drilling ,exploration ,soil investigation etc.
Advantages
1. Equipped with hydraulic steel tracks for stronger off-road capability;
2. Equipped with four hydraulic square tube high outriggers, which is convenient For leveling on-site and saves a lot of loading and unloading costs;
3. The left and right of the rig are equipped with drill rod holders and foot pedals, which are more user-friendly in design;
4.The front end of the drilling rig is equipped with an auxiliary rod unloading cylinder, which makes it easier to loosen the drill rod;
5. The hydraulic oil pump is directly connected to the power by a universal shaft, which makes the rig climbing and moving ore powerful;
6.AMT manual automatic transmission with electronic transmission and electronically controlled shifter make shifting easier;
7. The rig uses dual oil pumps to supply oil, and the hydraulic system uses split flow and merge technology to increase and decrease the powerhead more quickly;
8. Equipped with a foldable auxiliary tower, which can lift two 3 m / drill rods at a time.
