Product Description

RCF200WT four wheels tractor mounted drilling rig /water well drilling rig price for sale

RCF200WT tractor water drilling rig machine

RCF200WT tractor mounted deep water well drilling rig is our independent research and development product. This new generation DTH is coupled to higher airpower, and thus plays a significant role in leading to faster drilling rates.

Adopting the newest model & advanced hydro technology,  low consumption, large rotary torque, convenient hole deflection, our water well drilling machines are mainly used for well drilling in resource exploration and hydrology wells, civil use water well,  agriculture irrigation, etc projects.

Made from high-quality materials, with fashion and compact design, that keeps our drilling rigs more efficient and with low failure rate, more economic and durable, and with highly comprehensive cost performance. Our water drilling rigs have received the real market validation as the majority of our customers' positive feedback.

Application

This water well drilling rig machine is mainly used for geothermal drilling, farm irrigation , house yard, gardens and water well drilling, drilling diameter is 70-350mm, and drilling depth is 100m to 200m. It also can be used in small building piling, like farmhouse or factory, the drilling diameter can reach 500mm and depth can be more than 60meter.

Advantage and features of RCF200WT tractor water drilling rig

Integration of tractor & rig
The drilling rig is integrated with the tractor, and the tractor is both a transport machine and a rig. When going to the work site, the air compressor can be towed behind the rig. It is only necessary to equip a three-wheeled vehicle to load the drill pipe. This saves the investment of the transportation vehicle and makes it easier to go out. Since the the tractor is small and the design is flexible, the tractor is more suitable for driving and operating in the wild, outside the village, etc.,

Fuel Efficient
The 200 model drilling rig uses the tractor as the carrier and uses hydraulic pressure as the working power of the rig. It can easily realize the drilling of 200 meters with the power of the tractor's own diesel engine 40HP. At the same time, it is not necessary to open the air compressor when lifting the rod, Just opening the hydraulic power is enough to lift the rod. Therefore, the drilling cost is lower and the economic benefit is higher.

Keyboard Operation & Wireless Control
The machine uses mechatronics technology to operate the rig with a push-button keyboard. The operation mode is simpler and more flexible, and the operator can freely select the workstation position according to his or her own will, without being limited by the rig, and can realize the instantaneous jog operation. The improved version of the machine realizes wireless remote control operation, which makes the operation more convenient.

Labor Saving
Two people is enough to operate the drilling rig -- Control the equipment and change the rod to complete the whole work, saving labor.

Simultaneous Casing

The drill rig can do simultaneous casing while it is drilling, and the drill is equipped with a quick connection plug for the brawbench
