Application

RCF100S is a full hydraulic Sonic drilling rig. This drilling rig is a crawler chassis loading, full hydraulic drive, driven by Germany Sonic drill head. It is one heavy duty drilling rig with great power .

This machine has the best performance with wider applications in the drilling projects .

It is widely used for the drilling of deeper and more complex stratum investigation ,geological investigation ,environmental protection and investigation ,geothermal hole drilling,gold placer investigation ,dam and tailing monitoring hole drilling ,ocean engineering survey and water well drilling etc projects

Advantages:

1. The stratum has strong adaptability and can smoothly pass through the hard rock fill layer, loose sand gravel layer, strong weathered layer and bedrock in one path.

2. The drilling speed is fast. The average hourly footage of the rock fill layer (large limestone block, pebbles) is 3 to 4 meters; the sand gravel layer (about 30% gravel) has an average age of 15 meters, and the bedrock has an average age of 4 to 5 meters.

3. The drilling quality is good, the drilling straightness is high, and the instrument is directly lowered from the drill casing without jamming.

4. Less drilling consumables, saving pulping materials and plugging materials.

5. Fast sampling speed and high sampling rate in the gravel layer. The sampler is directly placed in the drill casing for sampling. After sampling, the casing continues to be drilled, and the original sample without disturbance can be taken out.
