1.Integration of tractor water well drilling rig

This well drilling rig is integrated with the tractor, and the tractor is both a transport machine and a rig. When going to the worksite, the air compressor can be towed behind the rig. It is only necessary to equip a three-wheeled vehicle to load the drill pipe. This saves the investment of the transportation vehicle and makes it easier to go out. Since the tractor is small and the design is flexible, the tractor is more suitable for driving and operating in the wild, outside the village, etc.,

 

2.Fuel-Efficient

The 200 model water drilling rig uses the tractor as the carrier and uses hydraulic pressure as the working power of the rig. It can easily realize the drilling of 200 meters with the power of the tractor's own diesel engine 40HP. At the same time, it is not necessary to open the air compressor when lifting the rod, Just opening the hydraulic power is enough to lift the rod. Therefore, the drilling cost is lower and the economic benefit is higher.

 

3.Keyboard Operation & Wireless Control

The machine uses mechatronics technology to operate the rig with a push-button keyboard. The operation mode is simpler and more flexible, and the operator can freely select the workstation position according to his or her own will, without being limited by the rig, and can realize the instantaneous jog operation. The improved version of the machine realizes wireless remote control operation, which makes the operation more convenient.
