I. Application

RCJ500RC drilling rig is mounted on a crawler chassis,driven by full hydraulic system, power head type drilling rig, which is used to drill vertical or inclined hole, and also the drilling techniques way of the following:

Drill auger drill

Down-The-Hole hammer drill

Mud forward circle drill

ODEX tools(casing pipe following) drill with DTH hammer

Medium reverse circle drill

Wireline core drilling after change core drilling rotary unit head

the drilling rig is able to resolve the difficulty of boring in the soft and loose cover ground condition, the screes and gravels area and also the fragmentation stratum according to different drilling techniques ways. Therefore, it is widely used in varieties of the boring work.

 

The drilling rig is mainly applied in RC drill/water well and observation well, geothermal hole,mini foundation pile hole.

 

The DTH blasthole drilling rig has large output torque and wide speed range, which can meet various drilling methods and has a wide range of applications.

The hydraulic RC drilling rig's feeding stroke is large, with no active drilling rod, which reduces the auxiliary time of reducing or adding rod, so that can improve the drilling efficiency.
