RCHD-40E Horizontal directional drilling rig is widely used in natural gas transformation, tap water transformation, sewage engineering, small sewage, pipeline installation, road trenchless water pipe transformation and other projects to open up the use, with fast drilling, not afraid of hard soil characteristics.
1.High Efficiency: The jacking rod of water drill pipe jacking machine adopts high-strength water-injectable jacking rod. During the working process of water drill pipe jacking machine, water injection is used to change the residual soil into mud flow out, thereby reducing the friction of jacking force. Water drill pipe jacking machine also changes the toughness of soil.
2.Alloy Drill Bit: The front of the water drill pipe jacking machine is equipped with an alloy drill bit, even if it is rock, floor slab, non-metallic solid objects, it can pass smoothly. When encountering solid objects, it will not deviate or slip, but it will directly affect the process speed. Please distinguish whether there are other objects underground when using it. In general, the water drill pipe jacking machine can use a straight jacking method. Note: (In the case of small diameter and short length) In general, when the diameter is less than 30-50MM and the length is not more than 49M, direct jacking can be used without water injection, which greatly saves working time.
