The RCJ500RC RC drilling rig adopts a dual-wall drill pipe design, where compressed air creates a reverse circulation flow that carries rock cuttings steadily back to the surface. Unlike diamond core drilling, it collects chip samples rather than cores. These samples are delivered through a cyclone separator into labeled bags, ensuring uncontaminated, accurate, and traceable geological data ready for laboratory analysis.

With a drilling depth of up to 500m and hole diameters ranging from 105–400mm, the RCJ500RC RC drilling rig is well-suited for mineral exploration, geological surveys, and hydrogeological projects.
