Fully Hydraulic Core Drill For Hard Rock With 0-90° Drill Hole
This hydraulic core drill is equipped with hydraulic wooden horse gripper, hydraulic leveling legs, telescopic mast and other devices, which facilitates the rapid positioning of the drill. It is equipped with wireless remote control crawler, which is suitable for various terrains, and controls the drill to crawl within a safe distance to prevent sudden danger.
This drill is a fully hydraulic drill with excellent performance characteristics such as high drilling efficiency, stable performance and easy operation. It uses a hydraulic system for drilling operations, which greatly reduces the labor and equipment maintenance costs. Its hydraulic system includes a pumping system, a motor drive system and a control system.
The drilling rig is designed with a double-winch system which enables stable raising and lowering of the drill pipe. The machine also has an automatic loading and unloading device which enhances the efficiency of drilling operations. It comes equipped with a PLC control system which makes it easy to operate and control. This is especially useful when drilling in difficult-to-reach locations.
RCJ800C can drill a maximum depth of 1200 meters, and its drilling diameter ranges from 75mm to 400mm. Its high drilling speed reduces the cost of drilling operations and ensures that the production targets are met.
The drilling rig is designed with a comfortable and spacious operator's cabin which provides an ergonomic working environment for the operator. It has strong lighting which makes it possible to work even in low light conditions.
