RCF180C deep water well drilling rig is our independent research and development products. These new generation DTH are coupled to higher air power, and thus play a significant role in leading to faster drilling rates.
This machine can drill up to 180 meters deep, and the hole diameter is 90-300mm.
It uses 55KW Quanchai diesel engine.
It uses two motors to rotate the head, working in conjunction with a mud pump and air compressor.
Advantage
1, It is fully hydraulically controlled and easy to operate. The speed, torque, thrust shaft pressure, reverse shaft pressure, thrust speed and lifting speed can be adjusted at any time to meet the requirements of different drilling tool conditions and different construction processes.
2, The top drive is rotated, pushed and lifted. The drill rod is easy to connect and disassemble, which shortens the auxiliary time and facilitates drilling with rod.

4.High outriggers and crawler tracks. High outriggers are convenient for loading and transportation, and can be directly loaded without a crane. Crawler tracks are more suitable for moving in muddy sites.
