The RCF150S water well drilling rig is a portable small drilling rig. It is driven by a dual motor head with strong power. It can cooperate with mud pumps and air compressors to adapt to various complex geological structures. The whole machine weighs only 2,300 kg, with a small size and compact structure, which improves the flexibility and ease of operation of the drilling rig. The four high hydraulic legs not only improve the stability of the equipment, but also facilitate its transportation in different terrains.
Application
The drilling rig is widely used in water well projects, geothermal wells, anchor pile holes and other projects, and is particularly suitable for operations in various geological environments such as rock layers, clay layers, and gravel layers.

1.RCF150S small drilling rig is equipped with 42KW Yunnei engine, with a maximum drilling depth of 150 meters and a diameter of 90-300mm, which can meet various deep well drilling needs.
2. The drilling rig adopts rubber crawler, which is easy to move and suitable for convenient transportation in various terrains. The motor is designed with a reduction box to effectively extend the service life.
3. The four-leg hydraulic design provides high stability during drilling operations and facilitates the rapid transportation and installation of equipment at different construction sites.
4. The parallel gearbox is used to drive the separation oil pump monomer, which provides sufficient power while reasonably distributing pressure to ensure the efficient operation of various functions of the drilling rig.
5. The rotating head adopts an integrated casting gearbox design, equipped with dual motor drive, with large output torque, high durability and low maintenance cost.
6. Equipped with a patented composite arm, long stroke, strong lifting force, and a dual cylinder lifting device to further enhance the lifting capacity.
7. The lifting arm is equipped with a limit device to effectively protect the cylinder and ensure safety during work.
