Product Description

The RCKS-11 Crawler Type Rock Drill Rig For Blasting is driven by the China stage III diesel engine and the two-terminal output can drive the screw compression system and hydraulic transmission system. It is capable of drilling φ100-140 mm vertical, inclined and horizontal holes, mainly used for open-pit mine, stonework blast holes and pre-splitting holes for quarries, mine, constructions engineering.

It is equipped with the automatic rod handling system and lubricating module of drilling rod, resulting in one operator

and fewer mining operations. The main control action is integrated to one handle, typical of user-friendliness. It is equipped with the anti-jamming system and optional drilling angle and depth indication are available, thus simplifying drilling and improving the drilling quality. The efficient dust-collecting system, spacious cab, high-powered air-conditioner and quality stereo system provide ideal conditions for operations, contributing to the highest working efficiency.

 

 

Application

This hydraulic DTH blasthole drilling rig is widely used for various drilling applications, such as surface quarry and mining blast hole drilling, pre-splitting hole drilling, buffer hole and slope pressure relief hole drilling, and super deep hole drilling.

1. The push length is 4.5 meters once, and saving the time of loading and uploading, improve work efficiency.

2. A disc type automatic rod connecting and discharging system is available in our high pressure integrated drilling rig. The drilling depth could reach 32m.

3. A luffing mechanism is used for the carriage swing angle adjustment. The total swing angle is 130° (95° to the right and 35° to the left). There is no need to change the pivot for the switching between horizontal hole and vertical hole.

4. A CAT electronic fuel injection engine is adopted. Its power and performance are both excellent.

 

 

5. The single engine outputs its power at both ends. The structure is compact and the maintenance is convenient.

6. The high air pressure and large displacement (18m³/min, 18bar air) compressing system can ensure the fast drilling speed.

7. The automatic leveling function of the walking mechanism makes the high pressure integrated drilling rig more suitable for bumpy roads.
