Product Description

As a micro pile foundation equipment developed by Rancheng Machinery specifically for extreme spaces, the RCQ-10C mini rotary pile drilling rig is based on the chassis of a Sany mini excavator, combining flexibility and high performance. Its compact body can easily pass through narrow construction sites and low clearance areas, yet it has a depth of 10m and a large diameter of 1000mm. Through the original vertical pit digging system and the coordinated control of the hydraulic mast, combined with intelligent configurations such as real-time depth sounder and winch limit switch, the vertical accuracy of the pile hole is ensured to meet the standards of large equipment. The unique hydraulic cylinder tilt compensation technology effectively adapts to complex terrain, and the lightweight design greatly reduces the bearing capacity of the road surface, which is particularly suitable for rural self-built houses, old city lane reconstruction and basements, where traditional equipment is difficult to enter.
