Four wings PDC drill bits are a kind of full face drilling bit. It is mainly used for coal mining, oilfield, water conservancy and hydropower, construction of road and building. Rancheng has been in drilling field for decades, and we can offer PDC drill bits with various sizes and specifications.
PDC drill Bits', Diamond Bits' cutter exposure is optimized to ensure the bit can achieve higher ROP in soft to medium formations.
1. Cutting structure is force balanced and the bit blade is asymmetrically designed so that the load on the bit is balanced that resulting in better stability of the bit.
2.Main cutters are high-performance PDC cutters to ensure the service life of the bit while improving ROP.
3.Cutter exposure is optimized to ensure the bit can achieve higher ROP in soft to medium formations.
4.Shock absorbers are designed to make the bit capable of drilling through formations with hard stringers.
5.Hydraulic system of the bit is optimized using dynamic flow pattern simulation technology to enhance the cleaning and cooling effects of the bit to effectively prevent the bit from balling.
